Stamping

We have our own stamping and toolmaking shop that enables us to fabricate our laminated materials in accordance with our customers' needs.

Cuts or stamp-outs are prepared from rolled or sheet material and supplied in the desired packaging units.

The stamping shop has become extremely important in recent years as our customers are keen to receive as much as possible from a "one-stop shop".

This means that as well as laminating and stamping we also take care of the complete logistics: from the consignment warehouse with outgoing goods inspection, to quality testing in accordance with prescribed test criteria, right up to coating, packaging and direct dispatch to our customer's customer.

A high performance surface die cutter can also punch large die-cut parts - with a usable surface of up to 1800 mm x 1050 mm. A cutter with a width of 1800 mm and an unrestricted length (endless) is additionally available.
